I ask this because I got a bit of a soft spot on my chest and I’m a guy so I don’t like that haha. What I want to know is what happens to the fat mass on the chest when you start doing incline benching or regular benching? Does it go away or does muscle just build upon the fat and you can still notice it? Thanks.
I have abs and all i just got puffy nipples so im trying to build muscle and burn the nipple fat. i want my chest to tighten. So what kind of push ups wide arm or diamond? how many should i do a day so i can get it muscular in a few weeks? Or do i need to add some running too? And any other ways to loose that nipple fat!!

I have been dieting for atleast 8 months and i lost 60 pounds went 4rm 220 to 155 im 6’2 and 15 but i still have chest fat a litte..MY upper chest is hard but when i got down like around my nipple is fat and wat can i do to lose it like i want to stick to one thing and keep it like dat i do push ups and bench presses run but which one will help me lost it all!
