I ask this because I got a bit of a soft spot on my chest and I’m a guy so I don’t like that haha. What I want to know is what happens to the fat mass on the chest when you start doing incline benching or regular benching? Does it go away or does muscle just build upon the fat and you can still notice it? Thanks.

the fat gets burned off the chest, but u cant accomplish that w/out cardio exercises such as running
